Approach


We will be using a Manpower optimisation model...for identifying, prioritizing the man power capabilities and optimize skills which includes selecting alternatives for a solution; and implementing a solution. This model defines following steps we can use for

  Redefine the role, responsibilities and competencies ,

  Assessment of gaps between employee skills and the skills required to do multitasking for equipment towards operation, maintenance and trouble shooting.

  Removing or overlapping of activities/ functions.

  Performance / Competency Matrix will be prepared for each dept. and thereby lagers will be identified..
